I get the point you are making, but the guy in this instance was not within the law. The law, according to the quotes from the OP, refer only to individual bathrooms. Not locker rooms or multi-person bathrooms.

Yep, I stand corrected. I read a few articles on the subject and apparently locker rooms are fair play.
I was ok with the idea of single stall bathrooms. I mean, what's the worst that could happen? A guy doesn't feel like standing in line for the men's room so he uses the women's single-stall room? Hell, women are typically the culprits in that crime.
But that law is just ludicrous.

I think it is the opposite. People with rifles at a polical rally makes gun owners look stupid. A man walking into a girls bath room because they just made it legal to do so, makes the legislature look stupid.

To each his own, but I've got no desire to walk in to a women's or girls' bathroom just to prove some point. I'm not going to criticize it, but I wouldn't expect it to get widespread public support either.

Why don't they just reclassify bathrooms as based on the person's current anatomy?
If you have a dick you go to one room. If you have a vagina you go to a different room. Gender identity or whatever irrelevant.

I don't want to be the one making the point either but better that someone make the point innocently than later respond to complaint of girls being raped in the bathroom. Because that is/was my first thought every time this topic comes up.

I'm more concerned with women using the men's room. Women are slow (see lines outside ladies room), and they are nasty in the bathroom.
Men's rooms are flowing smoothly for now. Don't let chicks come in and ruin it.
