While this is still kind of of the same thing, I wonder if he was traveling at such a high speed that he went on the shoulder to avoid the truck not realizing that the truck was about to turn.
Still does not change the facts but that would likely be an extra charge........
.....that gets dropped after he pleads no contest and make an agreement to make a PSA about reckless driving.

There was about 10 seconds from the time the truck turned right until baldwin’s dumbass tried to pass on the right. 10 seconds is plenty of time.
