He was trying to pass on the right side. He’s a dumbass, but he’s a leftist so that makes sense.

? How do you know that? Looks to me that he swerved to not rear end the truck. If he swerved left he's in head on, so he swerved right and ran off the road. Wondering if HE has a dash cam.
ETA: And what was the speed limit there? Maybe the truck did cut him off.
Or maybe he was speeding and had his head up his arse. Either way it's obvious he wasn't trying to pass on the right.

How can you not at least be trying to refute a damn thing I said?
I said nothing in that video makes it definitive he was trying to "pass" on the right.
I said why it's much more likely he was trying to avoid rear ending the Big truck, and not head on into oncoming traffic by swerving to the left.
I also clearly said he may have had his head up his arse, speeding or not paying attention and caused the whole thing...

Stephen Baldwin is his brother. Not his BiL.
Video looks a bit odd. Why pull off to the side like that? Most garbage trucks just sit there if they are doing a pick up. While the guys get out and haul in the cans.
Was the driver trying to let him go around to his left side but Alec chose to pass him to the right?
Maybe Alec is used to seeing those residential garbage trucks which are basically half the size. It looked like a normal sized garbage truck to me.

Makes me wonder if Alec wasn’t trying to get around this guy for a few blocks. I bet he was punching the gas trying to get around left and right and then the garbage truck finally saw room where he could let him around and instead Alec just tried to use that same open area to pass.
