Stories like these are why I fully support police officers shooting people who attempt to get in their car to flee.
If you're getting in your car, you are endangering other people. Not just yourself, not just the cops, but people just minding their own business. I want the cops to stop you at ALL costs, even if that means you get shot.

That's stupid. This would have happened even if the cop hadn't moved his car. The guy tried to run and literally rocketed ahead to the next exit and killed her at the bottom of the ramp.
