Yes, it does. Being forced into military service doesn't really align with the bill of rights. It should always be a last resort. Serving in the military should be a choice...that makes the service even more honorable.

What? The "Champagne Squadron" was tough and potentially dangerous duty! If Mexico would have attacked Houston, GWB would have been the first to enter the fray. He should have been awarded a Purple Heart for all the hangovers he had to endure.
