Are you able to operate an AirBnB all year in Hollygrove?
A friend of mine bought a house in New Orleans and four months later they only allowed AirBnB houses to operate during certain parts of the year.. So during those times of year he rents it out by word of mouth.
The time he is not able to operate as an AirBnB is like from September through February or some shite..
But this places looks like a great place for an ultra woke white person to stay. It will make them feel like they know how life is in the bottom... ya heard?

I wouldn't give them the $66,000 it was listed at previously unless I wanted to own a crack house. Hopefully, the new siding is bulletproof.

My dad and his cousin lived in Hollygrove on Monroe years ago, I drive through there a few months ago showing my wife (no pics) where they used to live and what the neighborhood was like now. I noticed some houses being fixed up and said that someone would come in and be a trailblazer and then probably get killed.
