I went to parish for the first time a few weeks ago and man was I disappointed. I expected more than a metal shop between a bunch of oilfield companies
There was talk a while back that they were going to expand the brewery and I was hoping that it would include a bigger taproom.
Looks like they added another wing to the main metal building in the last couple of weeks- just after the last DDH Ghost release. . So I guess that was it for that. Parish makes damn good beer, so I dont mind too much that their taproom isnt fancy.
I agree that Bayou Teche has a better setup for hanging out- it's just alot further for me to go to

then you drank their beer and you were really disappointed.
they and their beer are living proof of PT Barnum's (alleged) quote.

I’m not a big beer guy but just wanted somewhere nice to have drinks at 2 PM on a Monday

People that are into craft beer would respectfully disagree

Anthony Bourdain was a big fan of the Popeyes buffet on Pinhook allegedly.
That would be a classy date spot.

coffee at CC's in River Ranch is a good start. If it goes well take her to Paul Michael's and go walk around looking at stuff. Lots of restaurants in River Ranch of she wants to get something to eat. Tap Room for drinks. Several hotels in the area if she wants to knock boots. Good luck

We will have lunch at that Greek restaurant at the corner of Pinhook and kaliste saloom, and then on to vermilionville for a walk through. The idea is to give room for conversation

Drive up to Grand Couteau and steer the conversation into how all of the Sisters sat on their virginities for so long and how since you two have really bonded you feel that you need to help her avoid such a fate...
Or drive over to Diesi’s, park in the back, and ask her for a blowie.
Glad to have been of service to you in your question!

So did I.
Thankfully I have low blood pressure.
And just because an older person is looking good doesn't mean we're not gross. We have weird things growing in weird places. And sometimes we smell old.
Aging is not for the faint of heart.

Lol, I'm no longer a parish fan. My dog is named envie though. I'm a homebrewer and love craft beer. They are over hyped
