I lived there in the early 90s and remember it being a decent place. Now I hear about it in the news more often than I think the residents there would like.

Many people have offered to take this little guy in. Humanity restored. However, why no pictures of these two cretins ? Never saw any mug shots. We want to know who we are dealing with because society is too chicken to do what needs to be done. They need to be taken from society and locked up with hardened criminals forever.
