Lived in both. They are very, very similiar cities. Dallas has Fort-Worth, so the overall metro area is roughly half a million bigger.

Didn’t want to quote your entire post, but that was a lot of great info, thanks.

And the highest one in the country is 10.25%
are you just talking in circles now? Whats 10.25%? the highest tax rate in the country?

quote:

Yeah, are you retarded?

You mention average across a state as one of your proofs of my lies, yet I am talking about individual rates...seems you are

quote:

You said you regularly see tax rates between 11-14%

I do, entered a 12% this morning

That's either a) a fallacy

Your logic is highly flawed here.

you deal in a small set of jurisdiction that's not representative so you are retarded

I told you I work with locales over the entire country, all 50 states...

I am still laughing here at you telling me what I deal with on a regular basis as not being real...

Other posters earlier in the thread mentioned that it might be harder/easier for one ethnicity or another to find employment in Atlanta.. I’ve never lived there, so i was curious to find out if that actually factors in at all there, more than other places.

If you were genuinely asking if that makes a difference, the answer is no. It does not. There is no region-wide corporate conspiracy to hire non-whites to the exclusion of white people.

Correct... it's not regional. It's national.

Get used to leaving three hours early for everything. Atlanta traffic is the 3rd circle of hell.

The national unemployment rate for blacks is still twice what it is for whites.

This is either the most poorly executed plot in the history of everything, or you’re believing a myth.

So you know my job? interesting. I have never seen someone hold onto a logic fallacy so long to try to prove someone supposedly lied

Only if you ride in the toll lane, you can drive in the lane next to it

You have spent an awful amount of energy trying to say what I do on a daily basis does not exist, yet have nothing to actually prove me wrong except a horrible logic

Honestly I would give up at this point. It seems like for the last decade you've asked questions about this on the OT. The problem is you, not the city you're in or the industry.

Things have actually improved for me quite a bit since the 2016 election of Trump. Ive had a few decent jobs and overall im happy with my current position. Atlanta is really just a preference of mine, not a necessity.

I have stated many times that i wish i had done things differently. I think the biggest factor in who your connections are and where your internships or practicums were.

That said, some places are objectively better than others for certain jobs.

I said the higher rates for the country were above 10%. I said 9-10% wasnt uncommon. I said I apply tax rates all over the country

You claimed all of these were false yet they are absolute fact

ETA, just entered an 11% from a job in Arky....

Volod, people have indicated you are black, if true, ATL is widely known as the upper-middle class black Mecca. Nowhere else on Earth is there a greater concentration per capita of black income and wealth. It's the closest thing to Wakanda you'll find.
