i dont consider gaming childish/ its not different than reading a book or watching a movie. There are childish games yes, but very adult orientated games as well.

See my avatar? I built that a few weeks ago. Since then I’ve built an M4A3E8 Sherman. Now I’m in the process of building a Wellington bomber. When I’m done with that I’ll build a BF109E or a Bistol Beaufighter.

Thats a hobby, not childish. Hell Im working on a 1/48 PBY Catalina Black Cat right now and loving it. Plus you see how much dime you can drop on models and supplies.

Is it the old Monogram Kit? I built one years ago. But then one day some freinds came for a visit along with their 3 yr. Old kid who they didn’t watch very closely. He wiped out like 5 or 6 models before I knew what the little shite was up to in my study.

Over 50 and still ride the buggy in the market and across the parking lot....the trick is to go as fast as possible so that 1) applying pressure to the rear wheels allows for steering and 2) Bonus points for having a kid on the front going for the ride.

Yep the one reissued under the model master line. You can tell Its an old kit just from the amount of flash on the sprues, but its the first 1/48 PBY ive built in 40 years of modeling and Im having a blast. Ive got to figure out where to hide some more ballast weight in the nose, fricker is so tail heavy.

When I was a teenager, I worked third shift at Walmart. I got to be an expert at riding a cart by pushing it backwards while riding on the front.
You can only steer by shifting your weight, which has the same effect as an e-brake. Whips that motherfricker around 180 on a dime. Crashed into a few shelves at 200am while I worked out the max distance
