Oh no how will the adults who can’t sit still at work handle this

Yes, they will be out for about 2-3months.
The fed needs to lift the amount that can be sold in the states.
This is an issue every year at this time

appreciate that.
my trauma is a walk in the park next to that. my mom was on a walk with my dad and our teenage next door neighbor was driving 60 mph and looked down and swerved a little bit and hit her.
she was declared dead, resuscitated, and then in a coma for 6 months. made a mostly great recovery. she's actually in the next room taking a nap after being in town for grandparents day at my kids' school.
unfortunately during that time, my sister hit her "cycle" and my dad is a good man, but not the guy you want walking her through that. i was young enough that it didnt' affect me that much but it wrecked her. after that they got her on ritalin and other meds and she dropped all sports and friends and then went into the more theatrical/band group.
neither of those are bad. i did one act play while also running track, but she leaned hard into those groups and gained a ton of weight while hating all men.
turned her into a 45 year old cat woman today.

I sympathize, but I doubt the Ritalin made her gay, lol. I have serious reservations about it making her obese as well. And she was born to be a borderline midget.

They’re all just pharma branded amphetamines
This.
IB4 amphetamine addicts of the OT come in and justify how certain people actually need to be addicted to amphetamines for nebulous medical reasons.

I've only taken adderall a few occasions when I really needed to stay awake, but for those of you who are around it often, does adderall and alcohol make anyone you know violently angry. I have a friend that is normally fine when drinking, but mix it with adderall and we know it's a ticking time bomb until someone is getting yelled at.
Wondering if this is common or just certain people

I’m sorry that happened to your sister.

i'm not saying they made her fat or lesbian. i am saying they turned her from a healthy social 12 year old into sports into a shy resentful person that can't be around too many people and is on a dozen medications in her early 40s.
i'm not against medicating. i'm against overmedicating.

possible. both my parents are <5'8. i'm 5'11 with a 6'0 son.

Find a local Mom & Pop, or a hospital retail pharmacy: they will make sure to keep supply on hand for you.
if they can take you on as a patient... we have certain quotas that and ratios for narcotics that we cannot get around... you can risk losing your drug distributor and subsequent rebates by dispensing to many narcotics vs. regular meds... all that shite is accounted for, and when you get close to that ratio, you just have to tell people sorry, we just can't fill it... it sucks, i hate it, but it is what it is...

I watched one of my wife’s nephews get put on ADHD meds when he was about 11 or 12. He went from being a normal kid to a borderline zombie. He’s almost 30 now, still mentally a teenager. He is married with a kid and works for the city where he lives on their street & sanitation crew. Actually makes relatively good money, or at least he did. Last I heard he had been put on leave. But he (along with his equally zombified wife and their kid) all live right his parents, he doesn’t interact with his kid hardly at all, his parents are basically raising the kid. He’s always broke because all his money goes to drugs, booze, and video games. That’s all he does, stays in his room getting high or drunk and playing video games. It’s pathetic.

One of my son’s teachers suggested putting him on them in about third grade because he was “fidgety” and “talkative” in class. I informed her he was a normal rambunctious 8 year old boy and the solution to the problem was discipline, not pills
Let's be real, she suggested, but she's no doctor. And just because an arse whipping worked for you doesn't mean it would work for all kids. Evidently yours never had ADHD.

This seemed to be a bigger problem the first half of the year. Where I live at least.
