Very similar to how there is no such thing as an accidental pregnancy...there is no such thing as an "accidental" overdose. Making calculated risks and coming up short is not "accidental"

Why do y'all say that? He was perfectly fine mixing benzos with meth and blow, whyvis fentanyl out of the question? For reference, my doctor's youngest kid went to prison for selling heroin a few years back. I remember being disgusted af when he was telling me folks were requesting fentanyl over what I was told was high quality h. Plenty of opiate abusers love fent, to death. Certainly not gonna pretend adulteration and cross contamination from sloppy dealers isn't real, just a lot more people fully intended to consume it than how the media portrays it.

In terms of classification of death, forensically speaking, there are 5 categories.
Natural
Homicide
Suicide
Accidental
Undetermined.
So in this case his death as “accidental” in nature.

They are trying to hard to eliminate "overdose", which is what all of these are essentially.
Its a way to help families that dont want to know the truth. Its much easier to say he had an accident as opposed to he overdosed.

I was a county coroner for several years, so I had to determine the nature of deaths - otherwise I’d be none the wiser myself.
