Everyone has a right to a fair trial—innocent until proven guilty...it is part of what makes this country great. You know nothing about what happened except from a post on the internet and want to take person’s life without fair trial...

Abbeville’s culture must be getting rough.
A friend a few years back asked me to show him how to operate a robotic total station for investigations. I said if they get one I would show him how to operate the unit along with the program for traffic and criminal investigations.
He acted like crime was getting bad enough for the dept to justify getting one.
That opened my eyes quickly that they have some crime.

Small towns have lots of crime. Everything that happens in cities happens in the country nowadays, just on a smaller scale. Mayberry doesn't exist any more.

Abbeville is New Iberia light
Gangs that originate from the middle school are popping up big time. Asian gangs, black gangs, etc. It's pretty crazy and there are certain areas of town that you should not go to for fear of your life.
