I actually did hear this as well before Fox News released it from a family member who works for DSU.
It could be incorrect but it looks to be a pretty plausible scenario right now.

I agree, and I believe that the man deserves what's coming to him. The reason I hope he is captured alive is closure reasons for the family. As for his own well being he deserves everything coming his way.
