Yes, his promise to decrease the national debt by the the economic growth that his tax cuts would spur is working out exactly like he said... Oh wait. That didn't happen at all.

I’m not sure but this is a relative reduction, actual reduction is probably 4%. So if you’re In The 25% tax bracket, after deductions your actual taxed at 20-17%, and this year you’ll be at 16-13%
