Well obvious I’m no O-T baller so we can get that out of the way lol. About to board my Spirit flight so wish me luck. I’ll put it this way, there are a lot of different people waiting to board this flight.

The plane was taxing to the runway on a flight to DFW when I realized that I was risking my life in order to save $35 on a one way ticket.

Oh yeah, if you are over 5'2" the seats are going to make you feel like you are in traction.

Paid extra for the big front seat which is nice and has plenty of room. Would have preferred United but Spirit was about $100 cheaper to my destination even with all the fees and extra $ for the big front seat.

$100? Meh, it's only your life.

Play a fun game. Look at the airframe production date and see how many people on the plane look visibly older than the plane itself.

Flew Spirit last year to Disneyworld. Nothing to complain about. The seats felt a little smaller but it's been about 7 years since I last flew and I think I got a little bigger, so no complaints. Have a safe trip!

When they're handing out the milk crate seats, check the bottom to make sure it's clean so you can swap out.

Pick a fight with someone and livestream it.

Nevermind, someone will inevitably pick a fight with you anyway. Godspeed sir.

I did it once because they had a direct to key west. It isn't the worst thing ever as long as the flight isnt too long. They up charge for everything.

Spirit the is overblown. I wouldn’t take them on anything over 3 hours because of the smaller seats, but anything under that it’s fine. They low key have the best flight attendants.

The pilots and aircraft Spirit flies are the least of your worries. Your fellow passengers may provide an interesting ride.

We flew to Wilmington NC on spirit this summer. I really didn't have any complaints.

To my knowledge, spirit has never had a crash. The other airlines have though.

I'd rather take a 737 or A320 domestically.

MD-80's squeak like an oil can and the pilots for some reason really enjoy steep takeoffs

Nothing wrong with the safety of spirit.

They get you by posting prices that are $100 cheaper than anything else. Then charge you for for everything.
You want to sit next to the people you are flying with? You have to pay $35 to pick your seat.

The tray table is smaller than an iPhone. The seats don't recline. You are slammed together on the plane.

Never again.
