My bosses agree. Haha.

I wasn't trying to impress anyone with my flight logs or vacation tales. I was called out about never leaving Louisiana so I responded to that. I'm sure there are true jetsetters on this board and I'm not that, but I don't have a limited view of my country as one on here assumed.

I understand that. To be fair, my reply to you wasn’t specifically directed towards you if you get my drift.

I hear CHAZ/CHOP is wonderful this time of year.

Hope you didn't patronize that awful Blue Angels show at Seafair. Since you mention walking your dog, I'm thankful he wasn't killed because of it.

I’m still wondering who here is anti-Blue Angels? I’d love to hear an explanation. This is why average people look at liberals and shake their heads.

So do the Blue Angels increase global warming? Do they cause noise pollution and scare your dog? What exactly do you have against them as a resident of Seattle?

The anti-Blue Angel crowd seem to be more upset about the noise and how it affects their pets than by any anti-military stance. I base this observation on local news reports.

What’s the solution? Do they perform daily? How often do they have shows? Is it really that loud? People seem to be offended by almost everything today. I’ve seen some crazy complaints lately.

I can appreciate this, but I personally love the sound of military jet aircraft.

It's not about the noise, air pollution or anything else. It is purely political and they'll protest, pound their shaved chests until some leftist gets back into the Whitehouse, then silence. Those nutters enjoy war and pretend they don't.

Pure and simple.

Is it one of those situations where people who buy a house by an Air Force base complain about aircraft noise? You know some people do stuff like this, lol. “I’m shocked air craft land and take off at all hours of the day even though I live right by a base.” Also people that live in a city probably need to expect city noises. Airports and bases are frequently in cities.

It’s like like they wake up and think “what are some things Americans universally love that we can trash?”.

The crazy left psychos are truly just miserable people. They are all pretty much Nihilists. The Blue Angels and Thunderbirds are both great to watch fly and its a good thing to feel proud of your country and our unmatched strength.

Incredibly selfish people who ignore the fact that the overwhelming majority support these activities.

"Main character syndrome."

No. I visit Seattle frequently. It’s a great place to hang out by the beach (Alki in West Seattle). Pike Place Market is a very cool experience. Sports venues are super nice and it’s walkable from downtown. There’s some damn good seafood. I could go on.

There’s also human shite on the street, tent cities bigger than you can fathom, needles on sidewalks, homeless people doing whatever they want. I’ve seen a homeless naked man there with my own eyes. It’s not something that I was told to believe in. I’ve seen all of this personally.

Judging by the way you post, I assume it’s you that needs to get out of your bubble.
