I think it would be fairly easy to track a guy down who had a tiger. Just go to every butchershop in the area and ask if anyone buys 100 lbs of steak every week, and if they don't own a restaurant, I'd say that would be pretty conclusive.

There are plenty of people that do this in LA every week and they don't own a tiger. They own an EBT card.

I may be wrong, but I don't believe tiger-grade tranquilizer darts are standard equipment in officers patrol cars.

If you woke up in the middle of the night with a goddamn tiger in your backyard chewing on your dog, you'd probably be like "please shoot that motherfricker".
