Are you retarded? The post is straight forward.
They do that get extra money for every covid case. They get it for covid patients on Medicare and uninsured covid patients.
They get it because treating covid patients is much more expensive than caring for anyone else who comes into the hospital without covid.
If there was widespread fraud in this system, you'd have more than 3-4 possible examples to share instead of just using the "proof" of "well if they can game the system you don't think they are?"

She took the wrong test then one that’s not very accurate. To me the dumbest line is her saying it’s surprising as an ICU nurse. She treats people with Covid and surprised she could’ve needed intubation?

That’s an extremely wide brush you’re painting with. There are PLENTY of covid patients in hospitals on room air for multiple weeks receiving only very minimal care.
Quite often they’re hospitalized due to widespread testing of the facility they live in and being dumped at the ER with mild symptoms that do not get worse. Hospital then becomes stuck with them without a discharge destination that will accept them until negative test returns.
