The people who believe this is a COVID-19 case with no actual proof, or the ones saying it’s not COVID-19 because of the lack of proof?
would you like me to link all the studies arguing how CT scans are more accurate at diagnosing COVID?

So more articles about doctors using symptoms that are related to several other viruses to claim it’s COVID-19 without actual proof?
No thanks. The one in the OP is enough.

Yikes.

Man that is crazy to think an ICU nurse is treating Covid-19 patients without wearing a mask herself.
I mean the mask is all we need to protect ourselves so clearly if she got it she wasn't wearing a mask...

My reaction every time “COVID-19 symptoms” are used as “proof”.

Yeah. You are definitely the "flat earther" in this thread

You can. A lot of the reports were based on Chinese studies too. No thanks.
A recent UVA report stated the following:
quote:
Since some areas of the world lack adequate access to testing, care providers have tried to use imaging tests to diagnose COVID-19. This is usually done with a CT scan or chest x-ray. While patients with COVID-19 can show an abnormality on either a chest x-ray or CT scan, many other lung problems can look very similar. Additionally, the absence of an abnormality on either a chest x-ray or CT scan does not necessarily exclude COVID-19. For this reason, most experts and medical societies advise against the use of an imaging test to diagnose or rule out COVID-19.

So the ones claiming things without proof are the round earthers?

“It may be COVID-19. IT’S COVID-19!!!”

Right. There is certainly a debate among the use. Not denying that.
Which is likely why other tests were also ran.
We shouldn't rely on one or other, especially when someone is displaying all the symptoms.

It was proof positive just a minute ago. Not it’s “a debate”.

Symptoms = proof

:sigh:
It has been illustrated to you multiple times that there are other ways to diagnose COVID and they are not all symptom based.
You refuse to believe that from some reason.

Like the testing?

Cool. You have fun with your reductionist arguments.
Everything is a conspiracy.
Have fun.

Yes. Testing that provides up to 20% false negatives.

Soooo
Testing can’t prove it’s COVID-19. Symptoms can’t prove it’s COVID-19. CT scans can’t prove it’s COVID-19.
But when you add all of these together it’s cool to assume it’s COVID-19, and report it as such?
Got it.

It can. Not always.

Yes. More information equals better, more accurate results.

Got it.
I would say finally, but you probably think that post was some amazing "gotcha", which is just incredible.

The only person trying to “gotcha” in this exchange was you with your “do you need links to ALL of the articles about CT scans” quip.
That was until Mo Jeaux slapped you with some reality.
