That board sounds horrible.
Most days the OT is a pissing contest and wiener comparison board but that’s all that board would be.
Oh my yard is such and such and if you don’t do your yard a certain way, you are OT poor and don’t know crap about horticulture and blah blah blah.

Sheeeet, maybe we can get P. Allen Smith as a Super-Mod

Last time I checked gardening was mostly down outdoors not inside

Or...wait for it...formally expand the scope of the Outdoor board. Since home and garden stuff has already been posted there for years with no problems. Outdoor board is informative place where posters actually discuss things and home/gardening fits naturally there. Many of the same type of folk who do their own renovations and lawn care also fish/hunt.
Next I guess we’ll have an auto board bc god forbid there be a thread about trucks instead of more fish threads.

When do we get a NSFW board?
Somebody gonna answer this man's question, or what?

I've seen good boards ruined or watered down by the proliferation of specialty and sub boards.
A nice gun board eventually had a couple dozen.
You end up with stuff like this: "Hey, jerk, Post this in the "rimfire semiautomatic stainless with barrel less than 4" board"!

The constant addition of boards is hurting Tigerdroppings.
SAD!

I’m thinking it’s a trap to lure back the LLotOT. We’ve scared them all off.

I agree, there are way too many boards already.

There use to be one. Probably went away around 2008ish.

I think there are too many boards, although it seems all the boards except the Book have a lot of traffic

Probably going to be just as busy as the book board, which has a thread on the first page that hasn't been posted in for 2 weeks
It's still not too late Clucker

Like a DIY type deal? Nice. The food one could possibly be merged into it though, if you are concerned with excess.
I like to think I helped add another vote for this one if it's DIY style. Few weeks ago I asked about where I can help on cleaning up rust on some chrome. And I got pointed here....yeah needless to say I didnt posted it as yall a bunch of troll tards I wouldnt trust with serious help. Unless I needed a good lawyer for something of course...
