I watched a black woman with no helmet drive a dirtbike down Sherwood Forest right past a cop. He didn't stop her and she wasn't worried. A certain segment of our population feels emboldened to do anything they want right now. They have absolutely no fear and no self control. This video is a perfect example off the mindset.

That’s impossible. The police chief said the only reason that they didn’t stop the illegal four-wheelers and dirt bikes on the interstate is because nobody called them to report it.
