Well said.

No one said he deserved to be assaulted. He's riding a motorcycle WITH a passenger WITHOUT proper safety equipment. He took a HUGE risk just being on the road period, and then he decided he'd make illegal passes. The motorcyclist has every bit as much blame here. Stop being obtuse.

bullshite. If that couple on the bike were your family members being taken out on purpose like that you would lose your mind.

next time Mr. Perfect breaks a traffic law, then he deserves to die.

I never once said he deserved to get hit. He took a huge risk clearly, and why anyone is up in arms because his risk backfired, is hard for me to understand. I wish he and every motorcyclist could learn the rules of the road without having to get in accidents that cause injury.
Also, there is absolutely no evidence suggesting that the old man intended to kill him, none at all. Whether you think it "seems" like he was or not, you can't show me anything in the video that proves he actively/purposely was trying to kill the motorcyclist. In fact, you can't point to anything that proves he was even trying to hit him period.
Please, point to the evidence in the video for me.
Him saying "I don't care" does not show any intent. In fact, it might even show he didn't care if he hit him or not, thus proving he had no intent to hit or kill.
What else do you have?

If you hit someone accidentally, you're going to be shitting your pants when you realize what you've done. Not yelling "Ah don't care" in some mountain hillbilly accent.
Do you even human reaction?
Why are you so personally affected by this? You sure are mad. Are you him or something?

Come on man. You saw what happened. We get it.... You're a biker hater, but god damn man. He hit them on purpose and didn't give a flying frick. Jesus dude.
Posted on 10/18/15 at 10:33 pm to BabyrayS2k
Any human being who had done it accidentally would have been sprinting to the injured to see how they were. This dude is guilty as hell and he knows it.

I hope old man got some time in jail for that, that was attempted murder IMO.
Poor biker just wanted to keep his engine from overheating.

Exactly. No one runs into someone with a car on accident and just mosies out like they're taking a stroll and yells that they don't care. No. That is the reaction of a guilty person.

a-hole motorcyclists shouldn't pass in a no passing zone.
"I don't care"
"Well you will"
"No I won't"

How do you know it was ON PURPOSE? Prove to me that it was on purpose. Please stop saying it was on purpose unless you can prove to me, without a doubt, that it was on purpose. I won't answer anymore posts from you if you keep insisting it was "on purpose". I'd hope my family members are not putting themselves at risk, and I'd also hope they understand that their passengers are also at risk.
Now, stop getting emotional and just speculating, because courts do not operate on speculation (thank God).

No.. No you wouldn't. You ain't giving up your freedom to enforce a traffic violation.

He don't care.
In all honesty though if that were my family members I would be livid when I saw this video. As stated for this old man to show no remorse is just cold.

You're so tough. Please... oh, please.. keep answering. We need you to.
Someone who accidentally hits a human with their car doesn't mosey out saying they don't care. Unless they're retarded. Which I kinda hope he is.

Happens every day. The fact that he stopped and came back shows proof he cared in some capacity. Him saying "I don't care" doesn't prove he knew what he was doing, or what his INTENT was or if he had any intent at all.
You have to prove intent, and what evidence proves his intent to kill?
How many times must I say it? This is all just emotional speculation.
"seems" "Looks like" "most people"
Any generalization you try to apply will not work. Just won't.

Where's your evidence? Isn't that what you're looking for?
Please show me evidence of someone accidentally almost killing someone and saying they don't care EVERY DAY.
Because I know if I was just strutting along and heard a frickING BODY hit my car, I'd be crying and flipping the frick out.

Or he realized the stupid decision he made in the heat of the moment during his road rage.

I don't understand what upsets you so much about my responses, but I won't accept the unproven claim that he did anything on purpose.

Again, these generalizations do not work. You haven't been in nearly enough accidents to know the nature of every accident, anywhere in the world.
He might have been psychologically shaken from the impact of the incident, and maybe his natural disposition is indifferent.
Are there not times where you were drunk, and you started saying a bunch on non-sensical random shite? I bet you sounded mentally disabled at those times as well. The alcohol, likewise, caused a psychological impairment causing spontaneous/unpredictable speech and/or behavior.
Is this not a familiar concept?
Posted on 10/18/15 at 10:47 pm to tiggerthetooth
Are you saying the old man is drunk?
Or are you trying to say that hitting a human body with his car made him on the same level as a drunk person?
