as I pointed out above, the airlines used to operate this way, they would reward bad behavior, if this would have happened on an airplane, the company would sweep it under the rug, upgrade the perp, and give him/her some sort of reward for their bad behavior, such as free tickets for two anywhere in the system, etc., anything to avoid negative publicity

Last year I was at the DMV getting my DL renewed. There was a woman in there that got mad because her license was suspended so she shouted "Since my license is suspended you best keep your motherfrickin hands off my organs".
