It's a bar. State ATF is mmmmm, yeah.

It’s ATC. Alcohol Tobacco Control. Totally different thing than ATF.

But Amos you get federal funding, no? Maybe I’m wrong on that but this guy gets none — he needs to do what he needs to do.

Why did they suspend his license? He doesn’t really say. Are bars shut down in La. and he was open? Or was there something else? Also, if he wants to fight the unconstitutionality of whatever rule they claim he broke, skipping court dates is a bad way to do it. Lastly, wtf does the inauguration or Trump have to do with this.

I have sympathy for him if he is being shut down over Corona mandates. I just can’t make out the issue based on his Facebook ramblings.

Good for him. I don't think it will end well, but at least he's trying.
The gov. has done this crap for far too long now and people can't get by on what little BS the gov has given out if they are out of work and/or their businesses have been ruined.

Bars are not shut down. Outside service only for parishes with positivity above 5%.

I’m at the “when President Trump is inaugurated for his 2nd term”

Many are because they don't have outside seating. You probably love it and get moist at the thought of more and more businesses failing as this goes on.

I hope he fights it in court and wins if that is what got him.

Yeah, it doesn’t make any sense. If he wants a court date while Trump is president for some reason, having the date before January 21st is the much safer option.

The mean streets of Welsh originally came into prominence with Lance Guidry and prized recruit Janzen Jackson. It’s legacy lives on.

In the middle of winter
Supposed to stop serving at 11 pm

There are making it very difficult for bars to operate
