Hopefully it will be appealed & he will be forced to provide utility bills or drop out of race

Anyone want to do a GFM for a PI to watch where he stays?

Cole offered his voter registration card and driver's license — which list the North 39th Street property as his address — as evidence he resides in District 7. The license was renewed two weeks ago after Cole said he lost his previous license while visiting Las Vegas.

Hmmmmm.

There presumably be a record of this if he had no id and had to fly back (assuming he flew).

You must mean garage. Look at the garage door in the back ground.

Hell, in New Orleans you don't even have to pay your taxes in order to be eligible to run and be elected for public office.

Sounds like those kids living in certain school districts so they can play ball in that district.

Happens a lot...well I've seen this before.

It happens at all levels. Dick Cheney changed his voter registration so he could run on the ticket with W. While it's different and not required for Congress, I'm pretty sure Clay Higgins doesn't live in his district either.

Judge ruled
This is Trudy White, who was removed from the criminal bench for letting off too many murderers that took advantage of her kindness by doing more murdering. The appeal will overturn.

is that what $375k gets you in BR these days? You can get a mini mansion in a good school district for that in Tejas.

What are the taxes on that mini mansion?

As soon as Trudy White was assigned the case we all knew how this would end.

I imagine her rulings are viewed similarly to Janice Clark’s at the 1st Circuit COA. You are virtually guaranteed to have the ruling overturned just for filing the appeal.

It shouldn’t be difficult to produce electricity statements that are comparable to other apartments

Sure, except that he just got electricity hooked up in July when he heard about the lawsuit.
