That's what happens when you drive through a place with 98% white people.
I actually recorded it for a week when I was commuting from BR to NOLA every day. Something like 85-90% of the people in the left lane were black. So there's your link

My wife drives 85+ in a 65-70. My MIL is paranoid about traffic so when she's in town my wife drives even faster just to frick with her.
Also, here in the Atlanta metro, when this happens it's almost always an Asian woman.

This thread is an example of confirmation bias. A white guy sees a white guy driving slow and he just sees a slow driver. But when he sees a black guy driving slow it becomes "black guys drive slow" or a woman and "women drivers drive slow".

Yep, 3 cocksuckers today blocking the left lane from BR to NO and back. 2 were black men and one black woman.

99.9% of the time when I see this, it's a vehicle with a Mississippi plate. It's pretty much a daily occurrence during my commute
