No, read what you posted again.
The first 6 schools that are mentioned are HIGH PERFORMING. Doesn't say anything about improvement.
The other 3 were awarded it for improvement.

What makes college harder than high school for most people is having freedom, not living in a sheltered environment with mom and dad, working while going to school, etc. Now if you are a sheltered young adult still living with mom and dad and going to UNO out of graduating from BFHS, I believe you.

Interestingly enough, Catholic High - BR is one of only 3 schools in the country that have won the award 5 times (most recently in 2013-2014). No school has won the award 6 times.

You can get that much credit at public universities like LSU from any high school, not just Franklin. Just go to spring testing and test out of everything. Some of my friends started at LSU with ~35 credit hours just from spring testing.
