Odds are none of these escapees have ever left the City of New Orleans, ever. Like no Kenner or Westbank or Slidell. They only know the City and people in the City. Hell most of them probably lived their entire life in a 5 mile area.

Usually the lower # address has ownership information. It is unlikely 2nd unit would have a different owner.
I have seen listings for 9412-14 but nevee both.
Assessor says it's 4 BR so that is likely both sides.

Because Labor Day is September 1, 2025. Even though schools start earlier in Orleans Parish, most ghetto kids don’t go until after Labor Day. Just one of those hood things.
So before then, kids are all over the place scattered around the neighborhoods. But for Labor Day, all but the most hood kids will be back home for school and thus more likely to notice and then talk about that guy from the news being holed up at their place.

I think the younger demographic does the opposite now. They go for the first few weeks and then opt out after Labor Day.

Spinoff question: where would you have gone if it was you? I'd probably head to Houston or Atlanta and try to blend in. Eventually try to leave the US... Maybe Mexico?
