I'd expect the same videotaping from at least one person in any situation like this
People are lucky when one person steps in to help. This kid had two. Glad some normal people were there, but the woman videotaping needs her arse beat. She didn't freak out. Didn't freeze. Didn't even call 911 with the phone in her hand. She actively made the decision that it was better to watch a kid burn to death and record it, than to help even the slightest bit.
To people asking where the parents were, I could've easily done the same when I was young. I never had helicopter parents. Hell, we used to steal gunpowder from a buddy's dad and try to make bombs in the woods
