Geez louise...and this is why kids can't just go out, and play like the "good ole days".

Kids get into mischief. The people in the wrong here are the ones that didnt help him out, so they can video it for being funny. And also the person who named the mother. She's a victim too.

To be fair, the woman taping was probably shouting that from a motorized wheelchair,too weak from the diabetes to walk. Maybe the green space where the kids were playing unsupervised with fire didn't have a wheelchair ramp.
