I'm not sure about that. A sharp stick in your arse that slowly makes it's way thru the inside of your body because of your body weight and gravity sounds pretty bad. All of these listed could be argued that they should be number 1.

Encountered serval torture buildings in Iraq. Distinctly remember a warehouse that featured a second floor about 14 feet above the first. Think an 8 ft wide concrete diving board on the second floor, gang plank style, that protruded out over the bottom floor. Hanging from the ceiling was a block and tackle with heavy gauge chain and large j-hook. Sadam’s Fedayeen would behind-the-back hand cuff non-loyalist, walk them to end of plank, attach j-hook to hand cuffs, then shove them off the edge. With only five feet of slack, the chain quickly drew taught, thereby whipping the hand cuffs immediately overhead, ripping shoulders outta socket and breaking wrists. The victim would hang for days, writhing in pain, but not at all near dead.

I copied the link from the X app, yes. Due to the character limit, the account that posted it had to post the other seven as comments.
I have no idea about how it works between website/app and mobile/desktop. Needless to say, I now regret starting this thread. I was just trying to share information that I found interesting.
