FWIW, I have in-laws in Acworth. On the Cobb side. For our out-of-staters, Acworth covers 4 counties, Cobb, Cherokee, Paulding, and Bartow. My wife's first cousin(they are like sisters) lives there. The shootings happened on the Cherokee side.

Everything in Bartow is trashy.
The Paulding side is actually very nice. Down along Cedarcrest and Seven Hills and Dallas-Acworth Hwy(92) is quite nice w/beautiful homes and rolling foothills/farmland. That is the N.Paulding district.
My in-laws live in Paulding.
