It’s so fricking stupid that an effort to arrest people having sex is actually put forth.
I can understand rapists and child predators. Yes x absolutely shut that down but consenting adults who just want to frick? That’s stupid and sad

I'd agree, but many times the people doing the rubbing and tugging are doing so under duress. Human trafficking is real.

but often times, that's not the case with these types of places... many of the adults you are considering "consenting" are not... they are trafficked here from foreign countries under a whole different pretense... or they aren't "adults" at all, they are still minors...
not to mention the breeding ground for narcotics these places can become, which is still illegal for good reason...
just saying, while it may seem ridiculous to you that someone would be getting arrested or whatever for getting a handjob, if you really take a look at it, it's a little more than that, in the grand scheme of it
