That’s not so much a threat. It’s the law in Louisiana when the unemployment funds are too low. Ridiculous

Oh and if the masks work, how the F are people still getting this?????

They don’t work. The virus particle is measured in the tiniest microns and your surgical mask, homemade mask, gaiter, etc. all have gaps large enough for the virus to go through. It’s not based on science. This is why virologists don’t wear masks. They wear full body suits and have oxygen pumped in for breathing.
People in Germany have started to protest the Covid regulations. People are waking up.

Maybe this is why I saw a bunch of cops with their lights on outside the Governor’s mansion on Saturday.

Almost as if someone came to take a shot at him.

And rather than suggest some alternative, this dickface makes sure to remind everyone it is imminent.

i can't argue with that statement regarding refusing to condemn protesting. blows my mind as well.

the government has to try to do something to curb spread. people by and large are disgusting and careless. there are some pretty simple outs for not wearing a mask. should just be to each their own

Im going to bet most of these were customers violating the rules. People have been giant pieces of shite during this.

Dont want to wear your mask? Okay, place of business gets fined and shuts down and now you have one less place to bring your fricking fat arse.

most of those are because an employee wasnt wearing a mask and they wont even let the business owner respond or defend themselves...they just have to take the violation

Fake News

It's not a 30 percent tax. It's an increase in the payroll tax of 30% of the tax rate they would have otherwise.

If your unemployment tax rate was 2 percent, it will now be 2.6%. And it's only on a very small amount of payroll per employee per year.

And, it's in state law, It's not something he is "threatening". It's something that will 100 percent happen unless action is taken to stop it.

It's almost like it's fricking retarded to pass a mandate then have a private business have to enforce it.

We've created a perverse world here, where breaking the rules is actually the RIGHT thing for a business to do. Where companies who follow the rules are punished.

There's going to be a major long-term effect from this, and it's not just having to do with wearing a mask.

When you encourage businesses to not follow one rule, they often don't follow others, either.

This is one of the issues I have. If they want to have a mask mandate, then make the government enforce it. Get some underworked meter maids to go around and issue tickets to people not wearing them.

Forcing businesses to enforce this is freaking insane.
