From what I understand about the guy, he was arrested more than a few times due to his bullying, obnoxious behavior toward many people.
He just fricked with the wrong man one time too many and got his arse killed for it.
Lee was the proverbial schoolyard bully who never grew up mentally to outgrow such behavior.

According to a friend of mine who was friends with Wayne (the shooter)....Wayne knew he, himself, was going to be dead soon from terminal cancer. He really DGAF at the time when Big Lee FAFO

Yeah, he definitely didn't quite understand the gravity of the situation. He's fricking around with an old man who is riddled with cancer and likely doesn't have long to live and he just got fed up with being harassed by his man-child of a neighbor.

I bought that LSU sign in the window, above the Harry Lee sign, and put it on my fence in the back yard. It fell apart from the elements after 3 years...
I wanted one of the Tigers on the palm trees, but I think someone stole them that same night...
