53 years old. Arrested 160 times. How is this possible?

As per Sunday tradition, I am watching lockup on MSNBC.

how can a penal system let this happen?

Dude obviously is a career criminal.

This is up in Grand rapids, Michigan.

That's only 5x a year since he was 20...I think some guy in Kentucky has been arrested over 1,000x
