There's a post about it on the OB but this one is to discuss the ridiculously low bond set for numerous counts of attempted vehicular homicide caught on video.

Deputies were provided a video of the vehicle driving on the shoulder of the roadway near eleven pedestrians, including children, stated Ivey. Aren't bonds based on the crime and what that person can reasonably pay?

He was arrested on misdemeanor aggravated assault.
Hence the low bond
Vehicular homicide is when someone kills someone while drunk driving. Attempted vehicular homicide isn’t a thing. Because if someone was drinking and driving and ATTEMPTING to kill someone then they would just call that attempted murder.

I haven’t seen the video. I’m not opining on that.
