Probably future freeway development. Isn’t Arkansas working on I-49? South, Southeast and part of East Texas are gonna have easier routes to north Louisiana with the future I-14 corridor. Invest now!

I saw a video on YouTube the other day that said 50 cent accepted bitcoin for an album he released independently in like 2014 and people were pumped to use bitcoin so it was popular. Anyways, supposedly he just never even thought about it and now he’s got a huge stack.
Also, he absolutely made a fortune with vitamin water back in the day. He’s a shrewd fellow.
