If you could have and live on 40 square acres of land the rest of your life, where would it be? Beach front property? Sportsman’s paradise property? Mountain valley property?

Mountain valley - rural type of area. The beach is somewhere I like visiting, but I don't believe I actually want to live on a beach. Too much risk, and the sand. The sand. The sand.

My 40 acres would be one foot wide and 8.25 miles long.

People will downvote you, but if you owned 40 acres in Manhattan, you’d be worth at least 200 million according to google

Back on parent’s 40-acre ranch in rural Florida. Fishing pond. Grazing cattle. Whip-poor-wills calling at night. Picking blackberries. Grandma’s house down the way. Memories.

The best 40 acres of my life.

40 acres kinda wasted at the beach. If I had the much land I’d want it to be in a valley in the mountains.

40 acres is just enough to be a pain in the arse. Give me an acre in the country and I’m good.
