Cash’s twin brother is now in state custody, his mother told WFAA.
What's up with that? Mom too distraught to care for her other child?

Tragic but sounds like there is definitely more to this story.

Maybe to protect the other kid.
Unless he was in custody prior to the murder.
Unless he was in custody prior to the murder.

I’m sure some idiot judge will let him out until trial.
I feel like I'd want to beg the judge to be lenient and let him out. So then I could handle his "justice." And maybe that's a product of seeing too many movies, who knows.
ETA: And why was the kid's brother put into state custody?

This sounds like there is more to the story, or the mom played some role that hasn't been confirmed yet... like inviting the kid in to buy drugs then shite went wrong.
Who knows...

When was the brother put in custody, before or after the murder?

They’re literally hunting every day.

It doesn't really matter does it? What could be the "more to the story" that would make sense of a 4yr old being taken out of his home and slowly killed?

The correct action......... my blood is boiling....... where is al sharpton and fricking Jesse Jackson at when this shite happens......

If Mom was at home she would have probably heard the murderer bust into her house and the child screaming as he was being dragged away. Maybe she left the kids alone and unsupervised?

Did the 4-year old say the n-word?
Posted on 5/17/21 at 11:11 am to HoustonGumbeauxGuy
Put a bullet in him and be done with him

Mom is probably not in on it, but most likely is involved in drugs and this was a message.

I don't know. I was just asking why only one twin would be under state custody before the murder. You would think both would be if conditions merited it.

This kind of shite requires vigilante justice. frick the courts. You know what to do, Cash's dad/uncle/cousins, etc.
Posted on 5/17/21 at 11:14 am to HoustonGumbeauxGuy
I'd murder that person if it was my kid. I don't care how hard it would be to murder someone in jail, but I'd do it.
