How the hell do these swine get into peoples homes and kidnap so easily?
Are they leaving windows and doors unlocked?
Are these planned in advance. Makes no sense to me.

Cash was failed by adults in his life and I feel like this could’ve been prevented somehow...
By not becoming a drug addict? That's probably a start.

Yeah, crimes like this are thankfully somewhat rare. And while prisoners are complete pieces of crap, most of them have some ethical boundary and pulling a small innocent child from his bed and brutually murdering him in the street is top of the list for prison justice.
He will probably get protective custody, but he will be marked for death as soon as he enters prison. And rightfully so.

My solution to crimes like this is let the victims family pick out someone from the offenders family and shoot them in front of the POS. Call it the enhanced death penalty. They don’t care about their own life but their granny, mom or auntie....

Damn white supremacists....
Jokes aside, a rope and a couple of minutes and this problem would be solved.

Cash’s twin brother is now in state custody, his mother told WFAA.
Wtf
I was wondering about that too. Only thing I can think is that the mother is too overwhelmed and there's no family to help?i can't imagine going through that. Gonna hug my 5 year old a little tighter when I get home from work.
Eta: just saw the post with the reddit info. That sounds likely.

Is this standard practice? Is the mother just too distraught to take care of the child right now? I'm not understanding why the other child has been taken by the State? Do they suspect possible involvement by the mother?
I'm betting there's more to this story

Does anyone else remember Shakespeare's play the Merchant of Venice? The cost being a pound of flesh?

I think yall missed the part where biological Mom was a strung out addict and abandoned the kid with a "caretaker". I think it was the caretaker's house (or maybe they were back at the biological Mom's house?) where the kidnapping occurred.
Either way Mom being a strung out drug addict and not being able to care for her twins is a huge issue. Also problematic that there wasn't a Dad mentioned. Is he alive, dead, deadbeat, incarcerated, at rehab????????

Hmmm...if I didn't read ot here, I wouldn't have known about this story.

Yes, I did miss that part of the story. Even not having known that, I suspected that the mom and the killer weren’t strangers.

The boy’s grieving mom said she had no idea what allegedly led Brown to target her son, whose body was later discovered in the street by a jogger early Saturday. The teen suspect did not know Cash, his mother told the station off-camera.
I know why, the black teen ate up the racist propaganda the left was feeding him.
