BUT to the guy "assuming" shite, I think it's wrong to "assume" that because he's 30 and has 6 kids means anything about him other than he's 30 and has 6 kids.

I can say with relative certainty that 90% of the shootings in that area are drug related, period. Hell, maybe it was the woman. Who knows?
But it is a much safer bet to assume the norm
