I'll do my part and pay for one of those young black Americans to go to Africa, assuming we can hold that 75% to their pledge. The country would be immensely better overnight.

I love how you immediately jump to that, since your article didn't just reference blacks. But generally, countries aren't in the business of allowing massive numbers of people in just because they don't like their democratically elected president.
What would happen when they got there? You think the benefits and entitlements just grow on maple trees? How do you house them? Feed them?

I heard this same sort of rhetoric by uber conservatives before Obama was elected to his first term.

It does here in the U.S. In fact the politicians pick the trees themselves and mail the entitlements to them.
