Mitch can be proud of the fact that the roads are fixed, and those pesky statues of Lee and Beauregard, that were just taunting all the lil dindus, are taken care of.

That's was my first thought as well.

I can easily see NOLA ending up like places I have been in South America and the Middle East where you have an armed guard sitting on a stool with a 12 gauge outside of most businesses. Those guys are like a neon sign that says: Go rob someplace else.
