Candance Owens isn't about that life. She will be the next celeb that's will be mysteriously dead going down this rabbit hole and spouting off on social media about it.

Tupac was 100% gay and the gangster persona was simply him acting.

Which is hilarious when you consider actual gangsters killed him.

A very real FAFO situation.

I do like his rap though

Truth. They derailed black empowerment in the early 90s by decades.

I think they derailed it in the 60's, right off the bat.

They had two men whos ideas combined were working (minus any violence). Both were killed. Democrats convinced the entire Black population they were with them. The democrats (heavy left liberals) were fighting side by side with all black political factions in the 1960s. It was absolute insanity.

At one time the black inmate was like a God to the white liberal.

Malcom X issued maybe the most important warning to black folks ever, then he got eliminated by his own.

MLK was clearly the main rock for the movement, everyone knew it. Everyone also knew he was different, he had resolve. MLK wasnt going to quit, so they killed him as well.

As soon as those two were eliminated the leadership cratered.

I hear Brenda's got a baby
But Brenda's barely got a brain
A damn shame, the girl can hardly spell her name
(That's not our problem, that's up to Brenda's family)
Well, let me show ya how it affects our whole community
Now Brenda really never knew her moms and her dad was a
Junky, puttin' death to his arms, it's sad 'cause I bet
Brenda doesn't even know
Just 'cause you're in the ghetto doesn't mean you can't grow (you can't grow)
But oh, that's a thought, my own revelation
Do whatever it takes to resist the temptation
Brenda got herself a boyfriend
Her boyfriend was her cousin, now let's watch the joy end
She tried to hide her pregnancy, from her family
Who didn't really care to see, or give a damn if she
Went out and had a church of kids
As long as when the check came they got first dibs
Now Brenda's belly is gettin' bigger
But no one seems to notice any change in her figure
She's 12 years old and she's having a baby

He did leave that high school and moved to Oakland where was around a bunch of ex-Black Panthers. But he pretty much started playing Bishop in real life after Juice.

Dre was

Easy E was not (Despite the AIDS)

Biggie was not

A lot of this was covered in their music. Easy E hated Dr. Dre and called him out for being a fake gangster, er, a "studio gangster".

Eazy-E - Real Muthaphuckkin G's

And Candice Owens and the people who say gangster rap created the issues are idiots. It was art reflecting life, not life reflecting art.

lot of those 90's rappers were Homosexuals. Same for the 2000's.

Wait, so the birth of gangster rap was the black gay community? I've always felt like rap music was one of the biggest contributors to the modern violent inner city culture. So deductively, the inner city violence was agitated by the black gay community. It makes sense, the sagging pants. The violence toward women. I'll never look at rap music the same again

Do I think his artistic, sensitive side was dialed down to project a more macho persona more befitting a gangsta rapper? Highly likely.

Do I also think he was capable of the sudden, cold and ferocious violence associated with the gangsta rap lifestyle? Absolutely.

People that type sentences like that seriously and think it’s historical fact are mental midgets and downvotes should be the least of their worries.
