You mean a woman would blow off a nice guy early in her life to hook up with bad boys that treat her bad and then go running to a rich dude (Bubba Gump)? I am certain that never happens in real life.

Not really worth it as you must be Amish or 6 years old if you have never seen Forrest Gump. No reason to break your religious code or federal law depending on which is the case for you.

We saw it in the cinema in Chalmette.
The whole place broke out laughing when Bubba and Forrest were talking shrimp in Viet Nahm and said something like "After the war we need to come back here and shrimp" Whole damn theater laughed out loud.
Saw the movie a second time up in Tennessee and we were the only two people to laugh at that line.

Not odd at all. Bubba asks him if he has been on a shrimp boat. Forrest says no, but he has been on a real big boat. A big boat is the opposite of a shrimp (little) boat.
