I get your point but I don’t think a multi day festival is the same as third world countries. But I get it, we all have different interests.

In a city of 75000 there will be a lot of old people and a lot of unhealthy people. Totally different demographics at Burning Man than a typical city.

Was the Reine amount, I was caught in the rain at a rave, and we had to walk back as the mud clogged up the bicycles, we left them out there and retrieve them the next night, they shut down, driving starting around five in the morning, and it was drivable the next evening, and there was absolutely no appearance of any mud the following morning, in my opinion, it just added to the experience and made it more dynamic, and it did not affect medical operations at all

Any unique challenges for burning man relative to other mass participation events?
What qualifications do you expect from medical volunteers?
Do you carry Ativan for the people tripping too hard and having a panic attack?
How many AEDs do y’all keep in that city?

We do an extraordinarily good job of cleaning that up and they are fully air-conditioned in fact sometimes it’s too cold in there. We were very hard to keep it as clean as possible, but invariably the dust does get in either when we have very strong winds or attendees who are covered and does that bring it in but we clean multiple times a day
How do you setup the medical ops buildings to try to keep the dust and dirt out? Are there special portable buildings with positive pressure HVAC systems? Curious as to how this is handled. I assume you don't want to be cleaning wounds and doing stitches in a dirty environment.
