"Suspect" turned himself in.
NOPD said he wasn't the shooter.
JPSO let him go because he was wanted on bench warrants and the jail is full, so he got a new court date and was released.
Still no idea of what the real suspects looked like.

So the new update is. These two "green guys" are no longer persons of interest.
Sounds like "stop and frisk" would have picked up a good bit of people. A lot of people out on the street have missed court for citations. (usually they get released from jail without bond even on bench warrant[when you are supposed to see a judge first})

NOPD has NO leads it sounds like.
Of the nine people shot can one not identify a victim?
I'm guessing they are going after everyone with a hat and a dark shirt?
Why not ask people on the street who may have taken pics to submit any pics of a guy in a hat so maybe they can try a photo line up?
Obviously all images released so fat have been of a dark t shirt and a hat.
They seem to have nothing else though.

I agree. I will never get it. Why if they have a problem don't they jut fight like men?
Why did the urban youths start fighting in packs and shooting?
Is it because they never had the male guidance? Is it the hip hop culture?
What did it? There has always been crime, and in the 20's gang killings were higher than now in many places. But what we see now is "kids" with no regard for human life, and no fear of jail. As jail is just seen as a stepping stone. In fact jail is the social media of the criminal world. So many connections are made in jail, to many of them it's not a horrible place.
