What if the state gave New Orleans 1% off state sales tax in order to raise the city tax and yet keep the rates the same. Is a special district tax rate like this possible?

I guess the troopers are gonna be the SEALS/Delta Force and NOPD will just be the grunts with no idea what is going on. One trooper for every couple of blocks running shite

Are there prominent leaders in NO community that people listen to? There comes a point where the leaders of the say the NO Black community need to say enough and put an end all the violence. They need that figure to stand up and stop the violence. The people committing these crimes obviously don't care for Law Enforcement or the government.

Regardless any shooting in nola where 10 people are shot is major news much less 10 folks on bourbon st. Usually the admins do a decent job of updating the OP themselves if the OP is lacking.
